This light and bright second floor condo overlooks a heated freeform swimming pool and the renowned ski slopes of Snowmass. From the private deck, enjoy quiet moments and scenic views. You'll also find a galley-style efficiency kitchen for preparing meals, as well as a spacious tile and glass shower within Unit 215. Enjoy proximity to skiing, mountain biking, and hiking from this well-appointed condominium!
Relax and stay awhile in this well-appointed slope side condo. Upon entry, you'll notice a kitchenette that provides space and appliances for preparing basic meals in, including a mini refrigerator, two-burner stove, and microwave oven. Enjoy breakfast in the morning while still in your pajamas before heading out for your outdoor adventure!
Further into the unit, a comfortable queen bed awaits. Get caught up on rest throughout your vacation within this comfortable home away from home. A large 3-seater sofa offers an additional place to relax and unwind after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. The large flat screen TV is equipped with cable for entertainment during your down time.
Plenty of natural light and scenic views make their way in through the wall of large glass doors, which open up onto a private deck. From the covered deck, enjoy views that overlook the heated swimming pool and Fanny Hill. On warm-weather days, the deck is the perfect place to sip morning coffee as you gaze out over the mountain.
This studio condo offers one full bathroom, complete with a walk-in tile and glass shower. Easily accommodating up to three guests, the comfortable sofa folds out into a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.
On the condo's grounds, you'll find amenities such as The Edge, the onsite restaurant, a heated freeform outdoor swimming pool, and soothing hot tubs. And of course, the location of this complex is the star of the show, just steps from the renowned skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and biking slopes of Snowmass. Stay awhile in Timberline Condo 215, and experience the many adventures that Snowmass has to offer!
Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.

We found this property to be in a great area and easily ski in and out. Which is a big plus. The condo is clean and well maintained. My only little quibble is that I had to sleep on the pull out sofa…there was no way either myself or hubby could get out of bed without waking the other or even turn over. I was on the side of the wall and had to shuffle to the bottom of the bed, which would wake him. Bed (our fault we should have rented with a king, bed was just too small, so every time he moved the bed moved too). I would have given 5 stars if not for that. The shower was great and the little kitchen was perfect. It is a small condo I call it 1/2 condo, pricey but for the easy in and out that’s what you pay. Walls are bit thin…but not too bothersome. Overall a good condo and if your not over 6 foot this should do you well.

Beautiful area. Parking is across the street which is fine, no issues. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Condo was perfect for our stay. Alpine Restaurant was a little iffy - most likely due to Covid restrictions. I would recommend.
