The house has on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, toilet, laundry, balcony, garage for up to 3 cars; Upstairs one suite with balcony overlooking the sea and pool, one bathroom and two bedrooms.
All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. The house is very cool and airy. It has all the basic kitchen utensils. Sleeps up to 12 people. Quiet and safe environment, with high wall, electric fence, alarm and monitoring 24H.

A casa é bacana, limpa, nova, com excelente localização. A 5 minutos do mar e também dá para vê-lo do andar de cima. Fica próxima de todos os pontos turísticos de Prado, sem contar nas praias lindas e escondidas que ficam a menos de 10 km, podendo chegar a algumas até a pé. O proprietário - Antônio - é atencioso, gente boníssima e preza pelo sossego e bem estar de quem está no condomínio. Vimos ele repreender hóspedes que tentaram criar desordem ouvindo funk proibidão a altura que incomodava os demais. Ele está sempre pronto a ajudar no que for preciso. Minha família adorou, voltaremos com certeza.
