Modernly furnished apartment Lavanda is located in a quiet location near the beach. It is situated on the first floor and it can accommodate up to six persons.
Beautiful modern apartment is overlooking the sea and the island of San Marino. The apartment consists of a large living room with a TV and a dining area. Next to the living room, there's a fully equipped modern kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. Furthermore, there are three bedrooms with double beds, an air-conditioning and a sea view. In addition, there are two bathrooms with showers. Outside on the balcony, you can find a seating area with a breathtaking sea view where you can enjoy in warm summer evenings with your friends and family. Guests have the opportunity to use a shared pool which is 150 meters away. It is located in the courtyard of an apartment house which is owned by the same owner. The pool can be used from 09:00 to 21:00 during the season. Each apartment has one private parking space available. Pets, parties and youth groups are not allowed.

Das ist eine super ausgestattete Wohnung. Man kann hier alles finden, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Für uns war die Aircondition wichtig, wir können nicht im warmen Zimmer schlafen. Hier gibt es eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, ziemlich gut hat sie die ganze Wohnung gekühlt, manchmal vermissten wir noch eine weiter Klimaanlage im Raum in der Galerie. Dieser Wohnraum ist direkt unter dem Dach, dort war es ziemlich warm.
Die Lage ist super, Strand, Supermarket, Sadtzentrum sind in der Nähe, etwa 5-10 Minuten Spaziergang entfernt. Mit Auto kann man versteckte Buchte finden, das haben wir gemacht. Wegen der Covid-Epidemie haben wir im ganzen Urlaub in einer einsamen Bucht gebadet, die diese Woche ausschließlich "uns gehört hat". Das war perfekt!
Suzy, die Inhaberin war supernett und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank dafür! Alles in alllem: wir haben uns echt gut gefühlt! Die Ferienwohnung ist unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.
