About this house rental
Congratulations! You've found one of the nicest rentals in Central Florida. And this is owner operated, which means you get great, personalized service. Deal with a person, not a company. And, what you see is what you get. No bait and switch. We take great pride in presenting an outstanding rental that will meet or exceed expectations. Because we stay here ourselves three months of the year, everything is nicer quality than your average vacation rental. And we keep it A-1 condition.
This Serenity Dream home is unlike anything else in the Disney area rental market. Located in a quiet setting, this is a very chic, European style home, and only 11 miles from Disney. Over $20,000 in upgrades from an already great design. This is the owners personal winter residence and is now available to you the rest of the year. You will delight in a home with Ceasarstone counters, Moen faucets, Simmons mattresses, and hardwood and tile floors (no dirty or worn carpet!), and 5 large HD TV's (50" to 65"!) with DVR throughout. Even the pool area has it's own set. What a perfect way to enjoy warm Florida evenings by floating in the splash pool and watching TV. Pool heat is $25/day if needed.
Each bedroom has it's own bath. The first floor queen bedroom has a shared bath that can be made private. The master bedroom and twin bedroom upstairs have totally private bathrooms, along with huge walk-in closets. There is a private balcony of the master bedroom, as well as 50" smart TV for your enjoyment. There is also a 50" smart TV in the twin room. All bedrooms have top of the line Simmons mattresses.
The kitchen is spacious and full equipped with all the utensils', cookware, and dishes you could ever need. It is well lit and near the dinning table.
There is free Wi-Fi but please note that is no land phone at this rental, you'll need your cell phone.
This unit is an end unit with great natural light as well as being SOUTH FACING for lots of sunshine in the pool. It also backs up to a pond, you aren't looking at another town home only a few feet away. The pool/patio area is screened to keep out bugs, and has it's own TV! The clubhouse door is only 100' away and has pool, hot tub, exercise room, and game room.
Your first reaction when entering this unit will be "Wow! How did I get such a beautiful place at this low price!". If you have stayed in the Disney area in the past I'm sure you find this rental far superior to anything you stayed in before, even at a higher price. Your only regret renting this home will be having to leave!.

Everything was exactly as it showed on the VRBO listing. Very clean, very comfortable, very convenient. House is very well stocked on everything, and I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Orlando. Zero complaints.

We enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed with the outdoor space; the table was too big for the space and not really any comfortable outdoor furniture. The indoor space was nice and we were comfortable. However the unit could use a deep cleaning.

Loved our stay! This was our first time doing a rental and I don't think we'll ever go back to being hotel people. It was so nice for everyone to have their own space, to grab something quick in the morning from the fridge, or keep leftovers from dinner we had our the night before. We loved the dip pool in the back. So nice to just plunge yourself in on the hot afternoons. The kitchen was so we'll stocked with cutlery, dishes, every kitchen utensil you could imagine I found in one drawer. I had to get in touch with David a couple of times and each time he was quick to respond. We even met the house manager on our last day, very nice man. There was also a dedicated parking spot on front, and it was a very quiet neighborhood. I would say the only gripe is, it is very well setback from the main road. I wish there was a back way out of the complex that connected you back to the main road. Not a problem though. If you're thinking about Davids place I would highly recommend. If you're worried about the drive times on google maps between there and Universal or Disney or even all the way out to Kennedy Space Center, don't be. It was incredibly centrally located!

The amenities that need to be improved are having more towels, more hand and shower soap, and clothes detergent for the washing machine. They also have an ant problem in the kitchen
