A grand tiled entry with attractive modern art, leads you to the large open plan living area located at the rear of the property with exceptional glass bi fold doors that bring the entire outdoor entertaining area indoors. You will have nothing but an abundance of space to entertain all your family & friends. The pool, sunlounges, casual table and chairs, portico ceiling fan, outdoor dining table & chairs, umbrella & BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced & gated. A tasteful palette of furnishings & appliances are meticulously appointed in the kitchen, meals & living areas. The gourmet kitchen is a pleasure to utilize, so much space, cupboards, equipped with quality appliances and accessories. The adjoining butler's pantry is a superb bonus for extra preparation. A large dining table to seat 12.
The open plan area is cooled by a split system air-conditioner, the living area provides comfort with a leather modular lounge facing the warming gas wall mounted fireplace, delightful in the cooler months, the reverse side of this room provides a second living area with a second lounge suite, fireplace & a large wall mounted smart TV. We stayed at this beautiful home for our annual mother’s and daughters trip...
The house was so beautiful and looked exactly like in the photos online. The booking experience was seamless. When we arrived, the only comment we had was the pool not being cleaned and within 10 minutes a man arrived and cleaned out pool with no phone calls being made at the time.. I thought that was so nice considering we arrived at 1pm which is early compared to the most homes in that area
The house was immaculate! Bathroom amenities were provided, linen was crisp and very clean.
We were so close to sorrento shopping trip, literally 5minutes walking, Sorrento beach front also within walking distance
The most amazing experience however was to spend time with our mums.. it always is so much fun!
If I have to make one negative feedback it will be about the bond of $2000. Naturally, all homes ask for a big bond which in most cases is refunded within 10 business days...however, for the first time in 10 years, my bond was not returned! We have been charged for excess rubbish that was left, cleaning charge and a broken platter...
In our defence, the bins were taken out Sunday night.. we still stayed on Sunday night and Monday until 11am. With a household of 10 adults, we still had rubbish. The rubbish was placed in bins outside and not inside... we could have. It taken it with us all our cars were full! The second charge was the cleanliness of the home...this is what annoyed me the most! Before I leave, I always take photos of the house on day of departure proving time and date of every room in every angle possible and have forwarded this onto the team mannaging the property and it truely sucks when I’m charged for additional cleaning... although the professional cleaners have to clean after us, I am very curious to know what was extra!!! The third and last charge was a broken platter... I wasn’t made aware by our members, and that’s fine and I can accept this but not worth close to $300! Right?

Very clean house with large well laid out floor plan.
Remote control wood gas fire, large projector with surround system including Foxtel for cold days inside.
Great location well within walking distance to beach, pubs and shops etc
We will definitely be back.
