Lovely clean 2 BR apartment in perfect Southbank location. Short walk to river, restaurants, trams/trains and major city venues/galleries/ concert hall/CBD/Botanic Gardens. Day trips to Dandenong Ranges National Park/ Werribee Zoo.

The unit is immaculate and reflects the listing. The location was within walking distance to the City. Parking was a bonus too!
Unfortunately paper thin walls and noisy neighbours hampered our experience. We could hear the neighbouring property's TV blaring from the main bedroom every late every night, disrupting our sleep.
Not sure anything can be done to address, but it impacted our stay negatively.
