Condominium is located in the prime area of Praia Grande Ubatuba, the last street in the direction of Caraguá, the entrance to the Restaurant Space W, closed condominium with 24 hour doorman and elevator, electronic gate with covered garage (1 parking space) a heated pool and 2 saunas: in the internal area and 1 in the outdoor area, games room, showers when arriving from the beach.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor facing the woods and has 8 people (including adults and children) with screens of protection in all windows with glass in the gourmet balcony
