Die Lage ist hervoragend, sehr ruhig, ein paar Meter laufen und man ist im Trubel ,wenn man möchte. Für Kinder ist viel an Spielzeug und Spielgeräten vorhanden. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück rundet das "Gefallen" ab!
Mein erwähnungswerte Nachteil ist das das Haus durch die Holzkonstruktion sehr hellhöhrig ist bzw sehr viele Geräusche produziert werden.

Lage, Größe des Hauses, der Zimmer und der Veranda gut, Abstand zu den Nachbarn, praktikable Einrichtung, bequeme Betten,
Knarrende Treppe zum oberen Stockwerk, nachts hörbar für alle. WLan im oberen Stockwerk schlecht zu empfangen. Das schöne Holzhaus ist kaum isoliert.

Ruhige Lage am Wald, 15 Minuten Fussweg zum schönen Sandstrand. Kinder waren happy über die Schaukeln im Garten. Innen sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. In der Küche ist ausreichend Geschirr und Ausstattung für kleine Mahlzeiten vorhanden ( 2 Kochplatten). Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert über Schlüsselkasten. Gerne wieder!
