Great and clean apartment! Mathias was quick to reply with any questions and very accommodating.

The apartment was very clean and looked as shown in the pictures. A little out of the main city center, it was also very quiet and thanks to the good public transport nearby it didn't take long to get into Rostock Stadtmitte. We arrived before check-in and Mathias kindly let us leave our bags at the apartment so we could go off and explore before returning later.

Enjoyable

Very cosy and clean apartment where everything is thought through to the small detail made us feel like home. Mathias is a very friendly and helpful host, very grateful for him for making our stay very comfortable. The apartment is located just 20 mins walk away from the old town, but it is also convenient to move around with public transport. If you like nature walks, there is a forest just nearby.

Superb

The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. The host put lots of effort in making it cozy and welcoming. You have enough space to cook and chill. We had some issues with heating and the hair dryer, but the host reacted very fast and provided solutions in time. Really grateful for that! :) It was also super quiet during day and night.

The location looks not so far from the city center, but will take you 20 minutes by foot or 10 minutes by bus. The S-Bahn is just 1 minute away, but only came once an hour on weekends. Be prepared for this or come by car to travel around.

Hervorragendes Bett, Gute Küchenausstattung, Ruhige Lage trotz Bahnhof in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Nahverkehrsanbindung.

Der Backofen war etwas verschmutzt, es gab keinen Rauchmelder und keinen Notausgang obwohl die Wohnung im Obergeschoss nur über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen ist..

sehr stimmig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viel Platz, praktisch und entspannend, der kontaktloses check-in war sehr unkompliziert und praktisch

bei Ankunft im dunkeln kam mit die Gegend etwas zwielichtig vor, was es aber überhaupt nicht.

Gerne wieder!

Die Lage war sehr ruhig und die Züge vom nahegelegenen Bahnhof, haben wir kaum bis gar nicht gehört. Die Ausstattung war top und man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Es war eine schicke, kleine moderne Wohnung und völlig ausreichend. Auch der Schriftverkehr mit dem Inhaber war sehr angenehm.

Das Bett war für uns ein wenig zu schmal und wir hatten manchmal Angst, heraus zu fallen, wenn wir uns umdrehen. Außerdem war uns die Matratze viel zu weich.
