good location - need a car but for most of Crete you would need a car to get around as places are not all in one area.
easy to find. staff were nice, and there on arrival
able to accommodate to flight times which is rare and super handy!
the villa was massive, very good size for big groups! there was so much space no struggle for bathrooms and space which is the best thing when with big groups!
pool needed a slight clean after 2/3 days but it wasn't disastrous

The cleaners, the pool, the huge table and communal areas.
neighbours, the toilet bins not being cleaned out regularly/offering bin bags to clean out ourselves.

Lovely pool - lovely people running the place
First apartment had no inside comfortable seating just kitchen chairs - it should be made obvious when booking. It was sorted out in the end. There was very little kitchen equipment so if you want to do and self catering it was difficult
