A great stay from which we explored the region.

The host was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was great for exploring the region including Vintgar Gorge and Bled.

Whilst Jesenice is a mining town, it is a gateway for exploring the region which has so much to offer.

Amazing place!

I think this might be the most positive review I’ve ever written on Booking! If you want to make your holidays truly special, book a unique place that is spotless (seriously, even the perfect housewife from a TV show could learn a thing or two about cleaning from the person who takes care of this place), offers comfortable beds, and has a beautiful view - this apartment is for you. We stayed for 3 nights during our summer holidays, and not only did Slovenia charm us, but so did Appartement Mak. Sleeping in the old pizzeria was absolutely unique - I even felt like a chef serving dishes to my family, which gave us such a fun holiday feeling. It’s also worth mentioning that the host is very kind, always open to have a nice chat and ready to share helpful advice about the area if you ask. We truly fell in love with Slovenia, and we’ll probably come back. Who knows - maybe to Appartement Mak again, because it definitely stole our hearts.

The appartement would benefit a lot if it was equipped with a coffee machine, even a simple, filter model. That's the only minor we'd like to share.

Amazing accomodation and lovely hosts in a beautiful town. 100% reccomend.

Apartment Mak was the perfect place to stay. It is so spacious and clean, filled with lovely interior and surrounded by the scenic views of Jesenice. The location is great for visiting attractions such as lake bled as well as supermarkets in walking distance. The host was very helpful on informing us on public transport on how to get to Lake Bled as we did not have a car. The owners of this property were excellent communicators and really went out of their way to help us when we needed it. 100% recommend staying here if you plan to visit Slovenia.

it has everything you need and more, it is clean and the hosts are extremely nice and helpful.

it is one of the cutest places I have ever stayed in. it is extremely clean and well maintained. the attention to detail is so nice to experience, e.g. a flower from the garden placed on the table to me, well stocked kitchen etc.

Sparkling clean apartment close to Blet and Vintgar Gorge

The cleanest apartment ever - everything was sparkling clean. The host was very helpful and available to assist with everything we asked, including advice on what to do.

Apartment was clean, tidy and nice, situated approx. 15-20 mins on foot from main station and bus stops. I liked well equipped kitchen and how spacious apartment was. Mateja and Andrej were wonderful and kind hosts!

Perfect place to stay in Jessenice!!

Beautiful, modern, immaculately clean apartment. We were walking the Juliana Trail and the owner printed us a map showing us how we can go straight to the trail very easily from her place. Owner is so sweet and kind!!

Very clean and unusual accommodation

The accommodation is very unusual as it is in a former pizzeria. It is a separate extremely clean flat with no other guests. Exceptionally nice and hospitable hosts. Arrival and departure, as well as communication, went without a hitch. Perfect accommodation as a starting point for hikes when travelling by car. Parking is on site and supermarkets nearby

The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. There is a lot of road construction around Jesenice that my GPS did not like, but the host came out to find me and helped get me to the apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything a family or solo traveler would need. Very close to Vintgar Gorge and Lake Bled. Very quiet area. Would highly recommend.

Superb

The apartment was well-equipped, spacious and extremely clean. Location is also an advantage as it is 25 mins from lake Bled. Host was very friendly and gave really good travel ideas in the neighborhood. Ideal for friends or families as apartment does not have walls between sleeping areas.

Although bed mattresses look comfy, those were extremely soft having no waist support at all.

Very friendly host and cozy apartment. There is one big space divided into different zones. Ideally for family or a company of friends. We spent there only one night before going into the mountains. 25 min by car to Bled lake and 40 min to Triglav national park.

Super lokalizacja, Bardzo miły właściciel dobrze mówi po angielsku. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia jest wszystko co potrzebne. Wygodne łóżka i przestronna łazienka. Wszedzie czysto i schludnie można poczuć się jak w domu. Zdecydowanie polecam

Nyugodt csendes környék, tiszta szép szállás, kényelmes puha ágyak, ideális családok részére

Az apartman nagyon tiszta volt, esztétikusan berendezve, a konyhai rész egész jó felszerelve, a környék csendes, kiláttás hegyekre és ingyenes parkolás a ház előtt.

Kicsi volt a hűtő egy 4 fős családnak kb. 50 literes, nem volt mikró sem kávéfőző. A Booking jelezte, hogy lesz idegenforgalmi adó 42 euró amit ott kell majd fizetni, ez 62 euró lett mikor oda értünk.

Fint og rent og med en fornuftig beliggenhed

Ligger i udkanten af Jesenice og med nogen afstand til restauranter og indkøb, men dog centralt i forhold til udflugter i området.

Lejligheden var ret lille og med begrænset loftshøjde flere steder.
