The appartement is nice, warm and cosy located in the attic with a nice view towards the ski lift and valley. It is well furnished and equipped with appliances like: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, additional TV in bedroom.
The owner also provided basics like olive oil, vinegar, salt, dishwasher tabs, sponges and a very nice welcome package with cereals, assorted jams, nutella spreads, tea bags, coffee tabs etc.
A nice thing is the lockable single garage beneath the housing complex, probably also very useful in the summer for storing bicycles.
To the ski lift it is a 2 minute walk, to the small grocery store it is about 10 minutes uphill to the main road.
For skiing beware that almost all slopes in Temu and Ponte di Legno are black-red, so finishing the day where you started requires using the chairlift downhill for less skilled skiers.
There are some low beams in the bedroom, so if you are above 1,90m you have to get accustomed not to bump your head.

Appartamento molto accogliente e ben posizionato. Praticamente a dalla parte opposta della strada rispetto alle piste da sci. In parte troviamo un cinema molto bello e nelle vicinanze due bar e un noleggio attrezzatura da sci. Perfetto per 4 persone. Completo di tutti i servizi, tv smart lavastoviglie e lavatrice, forno e piano a induzione, il wifi e per finire una piccola e fantastica sauna privata in camera. Inoltre anche un garage privato. L’host mette a disposizione tutto il necessario, dalle salviette alle cialde del caffè. Noi siamo stati benissimo.
Unico piccolissimo neo, ma molto soggettivo, c’è un lucernario che alla mattina fa entrare molta luce e non è possibile scurarlo.
