Comfortable and warm modern room

I enjoyed the stay! Everything was clean, the facilities and furniture are new, and it has warm floor heating! The location is just close to the main street. A lot of cafes and restaurants are within 5 minutes. I couldn't find a big supermarket, but there is a small "Corner shop" on the next block.

The bathroom drain pipes smelled a bit. The drainage outlet doesn't let water out smoothly, so be careful not to overflow the water when you use the shower. However, the whole bathroom was very clean!! I loved it!

Nice clean accommodation without the frills or the heavy price tag.

Great location, great price, comfortable beds, clean and altogether a straightforward place to stay. No frills but it's great for a single night, perhaps 2.

There were minor things, and I stress they were minor. There was no net on the window to stop mosquitoes and some heavy rain left the toilet paper drenched in the bathroom as the window was left open. There was also a new crack in the celling which we only noticed when flakes of paint dropped onto the bed, an easy fix for the property and we just were unlucky.

First time choosing this apartment at this host. It was only couple of euros more but the apartment was super nice and a little balcony with a sight of a city park is super nice. Host friendly as always, was 30 minutes late from the ETA I gave to the host but she did not mind. Definitely would recommend this apartment to everyone.
