Everything was perfect!! The house and pool were just as pictured. The house set up was very well thought out: 3 bedrooms all the same with attached bathrooms and then the 1/2 bath by the kitchen was awesome for during the day when hanging out by the pool. We have been traveling to the island for over 16 years, and this is the best place we have stayed with a group. But I have to give 10 stars to the property manager Alain Valerio!!! We had a medical emergency late at night, one call and in a few minutes he was there. He called an ambulance for us and stayed to translate for us with the EMT's. He was always very responsive to our texts and the best property manager we have ever had on Isla. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Alain you are the BEST!!!!

A Slice of Paradise – Casa de la Luna Loca! Our stay at Casa de la Luna Loca was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into a private island oasis. The home is beautifully designed—spacious, comfortable, and full of character—with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The rooftop views of the sunrise are breathtaking, and the pool area is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Isla Mujeres.But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service and care we received from Alain. During a power outage that affected the entire island, he went above and beyond to check on us, making sure we had everything we needed and that we felt safe and comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness were so appreciated and really made us feel looked after in a way that’s rare to find.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the rooftop or enjoying a dip in the pool, Casa de la Luna Loca is the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and island charm. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

I was stranded in a Mexico unable to reach the property owner and customer service refused to help me since I couldn’t call them directly from my phone (My phone wouldn’t dial out due to being in another country). We didn’t get into the house until late the first night (after dark) since they couldn’t even give us an address to the property once we finally got ahold of someone to unlock it. Also we bought groceries we had to waste because the stove was broken and the propane was empty for the grill and they didn’t refill it when we told them. I also didn’t get my deposit back because the property owner won’t reply back to me about any of it. Customer service won’t answer me either! I would not recommend this house or this company!
