You'll love this beautifully renovated villa for your beach vacation. The private end-unit packs a ton of wow factor into a small footprint. Conveniently located next to Sea Pines Center and pets are welcome.
Set on the second floor of the desirable Lighthouse Tennis complex, offering exclusive access to a pool and four tennis courts, this villa welcomes you in with a living space flanked by a lush wall of plantation shutters that lead up to tall angled ceilings. Those shutters pull back in dramatic fashion to reveal sliding glass doors out to a patio with golf course and wooded views, seating for four around a wrought iron table, electric grill, and bird feeder.
Inside, the living space is an oasis of relaxation. A comfortable sectional sits oriented around a large flat-screen TV. You can even utilize the queen sized murphy bed on the wall for extra guests or children.
The flooring emulates the look and feel of hand-scraped hardwood, and runs throughout the living room and dining room. Here, seating for six can be found around a dining table wrapped in a panorama of windows with peek-a-boo views of the 2nd hole at Harbour Town Golf Links.
The kitchen houses every amenity for entertaining or creating the gourmet experience on vacation. Speckled granite countertops weave around a stainless steel Whirlpool glass flat-top range with range hood, refrigerator, quiet dishwasher, and convenient washer and dryer.
A spacious bedroom and bright bathroom are at the front of the property. The bathroom’s tile flooring and wide granite vanity provide an elegant appeal to the room, but the real showpiece is the wall-to-wall glass-door walk-in shower.
