This spacious first floor condo is near 15 freeway entrance yet remains tucked away from noise. It has a tandem two car garage for your added convenience.
The main entry to the unit is down a secluded hall that allows for more privacy. Once you enter the unit there is a gorgeous gourmet kitchen that boasts appliances and is stocked with all the dishware and cookware you can need!
The master bedroom is complete with a king bed set, a TV, as well as a massive walk in closet and it's own entrance to the cozy patio and en suite bathroom. Newly renovated master bathroom.
The second bedroom is also very spacious and has a massive walk in closet.
The second bathroom is across the hall from the second bedroom.
In the living room you will find tons of natural light and comfy seating that promotes a sense of gathering. There is also a large TV in the living room.
There is a lovely decorative table set across from the kitchen in this open concept area.
On the patio there is a table and chair set for soaking up some afternoon sun and fresh air.
The larger size stackable washer/dryer is on the secluded patio as well, although they are hidden behind a door.
This neighborhood is quiet with a five star community center, theater room, large pool with spa & cabanas, BBQ area, gym. Walking distance to Filippi's pizza, Trader Joes, Board & Brew, Japanese BBQ and more.
As far as location goes this place hits the jackpot. It is near a main freeway entrance that will take you to all the San Diego hot spots. There is also an awesome movie theater on the other side of the freeway, tons of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping!
I definitely recommend this place to larger families or traveling groups, it is very spacious and open. You won't feel crammed in this place! However, this place is also great for small families or groups who appreciate privacy. As the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit.

We stayed here for a month in July 2021, and were not disappointed in any way. The unit was just as pictured, and was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. The towels and linens provided were nice, and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The WIFI was fast and reliable so we were able to work remotely. It was surprisingly quiet and we rarely heard our neighbors. The complex is lovely and well kept with a nice pool and large workout room. There is a Trader Joe's in walking distance as well as several restaurants, and a grocery store a short drive away. We found a fun farmer's market in Scripps Ranch on Thursday evenings with great food and produce. We loved the tandem two car attached garage that was plenty big enough for our SUV. The host Yan was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay on this lovely, comfortable condo, close to Mira Mesa Blvd & I-15. Nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors and very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Miramar lake is nearby and a nice place to walk.
We would definitely stay there again.
