La ubicación próxima a distintos puntos de la ciudad, cochera incluida y comodidad del departamento.
Falta de ventilador para las habitaciones y/o aire acondicionado, solo tiene AA en el living comedor para días de temperatura elevada como hizo este fin de semana es difícil dormir. Los muebles del living (mesa tv por ejemplo) estaban con polvillo de varios días, la alfombra de la bañera y cortina de la ducha interior con moho/hongo. El colchón de la habitación principal de 2 plazas está desgastado.

Excelente ubicación. El dpto super cómodo, impecable, muy limpio, todo lo necesario y mas. Muy practico con cochera. Ma Isabel muy amable. Sin dudas volveremos

La ubicación es excelente y los propietarios son muy amables.
Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado individual, solo un aire en el living y no es facil refrigerar todo el dpto solo con ese aire. Las habitaciones solo tienen turboventilador. Quizas yo lei mal la descripción e interprete que las habitaciones tenian aire individual.
