Welcome to Villa Melody, a luxury villa in the heart of Santa Teresa. Located in the center of Santa Teresa, with a stunning jungle and ocean view.
The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each has a king size bed with a private bathroom, A/C, ceiling fan, smart T.V and unique jungle and ocean view. In the common area you'll find a vast living room, combined with a fully equipped kitchen and a dinning table, all adjusted to fit up to 12 people (the price changes depending on the number of guests).
Leading out from the living room, there's a wooden balcony/deck, with a private swimming pool, which has a comfortable dry pillowed sitting area inside of it, surrounded with tanning beds, overlooking the beautiful views Santa Teresa has to offer…

Convenient location in heart of Santa Teresa. Quick beach access approximately 1/2 mile away - just a walk down the hill, across the main road, and a short trail to the beach. The town, at least this time of year was very crowded. Lots of noisy traffic and plenty of dust. Be sure to bring a Buff to cover your mouth and nose while riding four wheelers. Would definitely recommend four wheelers to get from beach to beach and to weave through traffic jams.
The home itself is as advertised. In fact, I would say that it is larger then the pictures represent. The housekeeping/laundry service is wonderful and the concierge service is also fantastic.

We had a great time at Villa melody! I brought my entire family, so there were 13 of us ranging in age from 2 to mid-60s! The house is even better in purpose and in walking distance to everything you need including the beach, restaurants, and super market. The walk back up the hill is a little tough, but we got used to it quickly. Our host Lee was incredibly helpful too.

Villa Melody is a very nice house in a great location. And Lee and Nir were very helpful in making any arrangements we might need, such as having a side-by-side delivered, etc. We will be back. Highly recommend.
