Nice apartment in Tossa de Mar

Cela fait maintenant 5 ans que nous passons nos vacances à Tossa et nous avons cette année trouvé une belle location avec une vue exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ce qui est très important aussi c’est que l’équipe de l’agence immobilière Novasol de Tossa sont des personnes très gentilles et surtout très professionnelles, à l'écoute de leurs clients et toujours disponibles. Nous recommandons fortement cette agence aux clients, ils peuvent y aller en toute confiance. Nous avions auparavant loué par le biais d’un particulier pas très recommandable et d’une agence immobilière de Tossa pas très sérieuse qui ne nous a jamais remboursée notre caution payée le jour de notre arrivée malgré nos nombreuses relances. Donc cette année comme nous avons trouvé une magnifique location par le biais d’une agence immobilière très sérieuse, nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine avant de quitter Tossa.

Upon arrival, it looked like the perfect place. Unfortunately, WiFi went out on the very first day, and was not restored during our 5 day stay. Only one towel per person was provided, even though we were there almost one week (and no cleaning supplies were provided at all). In fact, we ran out of soap and didn’t even have one roll of toilet paper. The apartment had a dishwasher and washing machine, but we had to buy our own laundry detergent and dishwashing soap (in addition to hand soap and toilet paper ). The worst part was that loud construction was happening right next door, sending lots of dust so we couldn’t sit on the balcony or even have the doors open. Finally, ants invaded the bedroom so we had both of our children sleeping on the floor in the small living room! The management company attempted to help by bringing over ant spray and making phone calls about the construction, but ultimately nothing changed. They did finally offer to move us, but into an apartment with no view. We are communicating with the rental agency for compensation.
