About this apartment rental
Practically furnished one-room apartment with east-facing balcony and morning sun!
The apartment has a room with a double wardrobe bed, a table, two armchairs, two wicker chairs and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine, two hotplates and crockery for four people. There is another balcony table and four balcony chairs on the balcony. There is storage space for suitcases in the anteroom, from which a shower room with WC leads off.
The apartment has a parking space in front of the building. Bicycle racks are also available.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50ct pieces) available in the separate laundry room in the basement.
The apartment is rented privately. Please be aware that the furnishings are not brand new. The apartment is in a prime location and we are offering it at a very reasonable price.
We are always open to suggestions for improvement.

The apartment is very central, yet quietly located. Walking distance to the south beach and the shopping street is about 5 minutes.
Bicycle rental very close. Also a short walk to the spa promenade with music pavilion and children's playground.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Verwaltung war gut. Der Schlüssel sollte von der Putzfrau übergeben werden, diese schickte einen Kollegen der kaum Deutsch sprach, auch kein Englisch.
Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, Tomatensauce am Küchenschrank, klebrige Griffe, schmutziger Boden in der Küche.
Trotz der dünnen Matratze konnte man gut auf dem Klappbett schlafen.
Für 2 Personen würde es aber sehr beengt werden in dem Appartement. Da ich alleine gereist bin, war es ok.
Die Lage war sehr gut, Strand und Ort fußläufig erreichbar.
Alles in Allem ok
