About this house rental
One of the best located properties in Kingston SE!
We aim to provide comfortable beach side accommodation to be enjoyed by families, a place where family holidays unfold and lifetime memories are made.
Offering spectacular 180 Degree views of Lacepede Bay, from the town Jetty to Pinks Beach. Perfect for families or couples Clarkey’s offers self-contained accommodation for up to 10 people with plenty of room for parking (cars and boats).
The keen fisherman will need time to explore with good fishing and crayfishing offered from the Granites to Cape Jaffa and we look forward to pics of your catch! Small boats may be launched from the beach directly in front of Clarkey’s, but if required, there are high quality boat launching facilities a short drive away at Cape Jaffa (temp closed as at Nov 24). Fish from the beach, the jetty or bring your own boat. Fishing charters are also offered but don’t forgot to book before you arrive!
During the warmer months, days can be spent on the beach, one of the safest swimming beaches in South Australia. All year round the kids (and adults!) will enjoy the safe high quality bike/walking track extending the length of the town (around 6kms) and the huge grass “footy oval” between Clarkeys and the shore. Scooters, bikes and a cricket set are essential packing! Various wineries, the Coorong National Park, an 18 hole golf course and our famous Larry the Big Lobster are just a small selection of tourist attractions to keep you busy on holidays.
If relaxing and unwinding is more what you had in mind, Clarkey’s will tick that box too. The views are at their most stunning when enjoyed from the spacious lounge, the kitchen/meals or with a wine in hand from the front verandah, ideally as the sun goes down.

This house has the most amazing views. We felt comfortable and at home from the beginning. Everything we needed for our holiday was in the house including toys and books for children. Well appointed and very clean would definitely recommend Clarkeys and we will return one day. The bottle of wine was lovely touch and very much appreciated thanks for sharing your home with us

We had a great two night stay at Clarkeys. The location is fantastic - across from a white sand swimming beach and grassy foreshore area. The house is well designed to take advantage of the views including beautiful sunsets. The house is an older style beach house but well set up. No dishwasher and bath which would be useful for a longer stay. The host was very friendly - highly recommend.
