The apartment is spacious and located perfectly (green/fish market, grocery, cafés and a simple restaurant offering good food) all a stone throw away. We enjoyed our breakfast on the backside balcony, although the front terrace is cooler in the mornings. There are several local beaches nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Our host Andrea is such a welcoming person, who looked after us from our arrival till our departure, always ensuring we had everything. We'd stay here again, when in Opatija 😊

Typical nice villa building from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, big and bright rooms with terrace, very central (next building is the market hall), but less noisy as it is not directly on the main road (Marsala Tita). The interieur is containing some stylish old furnutires, the rest is stylish modern which creates a pleasant eclectic combination. Free parking is included, which is important because of lack of parking places, rel. high parking prices and very long paying periods.

It would be great if entire buildings could get renovated at the same time, but it is typical in that region.
