Promenade Sea View Apartment

Öncelikle konum ve manzara çok güzel. Ulaşım kolay ayrıca yakında ücretsiz bir otopark olmasıda çok rahat. Ev temizdi ve ev sahibi ilgiliydi. Mutlaka tekrar gidecegiz.

Çamaşır makinesi olmaması.

- More space from the common hotel rooms (i.e. separate living room space) - Amazing location, at the very very centre, with a nice first row view to the harbor with the boats - Clean apartment - Black out curtains great for kids/toddlers to help them sleep - Almost complete amenities (better than common hotels) - Responsive owners via texts. Interest of the owner to improve the conditions for the tenants.

- The owner did not have the full image of elements not working properly when we entered. We got the impression that owner is not present in the island and the apartment is managed by someone else. - The building entrance, and the hallways up to the entrance are seriously filthy, seems that nobody cleaned them for years, with a seriously bad smell, that created a lot of health concerns. Worst entrance we experienced in our whole life. Need to be seriously cleaned as of #1 priority. - Apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator, not recommended for people with small kids as they have to carry them to the 3rd floor, given also the uncleanliness. - Extremely low Internet speed, not usable for browsing with mobiles/laptops. In addition WiFi was totally off for 1 whole day, not being fixed back after rebooting. - Airco not powerful enough to cool down the apartment. It had to be put at full power at 19 degrees to create a slight difference. - Water drain in the bathroom is dangerous for everyone, but especially for small kids, as its cover drops with your own feet everytime someone steps on it. - Not recommended for toddlers/babies as the toddler bed had a really bad and quite old mattress. You eventually have to bring your kids to the adult bed which is also not large enough. - Mattress of adult bed really really hard. Feeling almost like sleeping on the floor. After the 2nd day, we were not looking forward to go to sleep on that bed. Not ideal for vacations. - For the price of the apartment per day, we would be expecting that none of the negative points will be present

very good location, the view from the room is very nice. The apartment is very well maintained. the host is very kind. I will come again, I recommend. we had a safe holiday without any problems with everything.

The view is fantastic especially at the sunset and the location of the apartment in the town is very central.

The apartment is lacking of some things. The shower has only one door and so is impossibile to close it and not flood all the bathroom and there is only one mirror in all the apartment. Another problem is about the beds: the double bed in the bedroom is very uncomfortable and the same is for the sofà bed. In the end the fact of the keys, there is no possibility to have more than one copy and it is a disease considering that the apartment is for 4 person and so it could be useful.
