Die Wohnung sieht eigentlich ganz gut aus und alles wie beschrieben. Jedoch war der hygienische Zustand garnicht schön. Tote Fliegen auf den Fensterbänken, staubige Lampen, eine ! alte Socke ! in der Schlafcouch und allgemein nicht gut gesaugt. Der Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht war für uns eigentlich nicht nutzbar, da hier alte und Möbel, um nicht zu Sagen Sperrmüll herumstand und nichtmal 2 Stühle mit einem kleinen Tisch, wovon wir eigentlich ausgegangen sind. Die Wohnung könnte für den Preis wirklich ok sein, wenn man von den viel zu dünnen Matratzen und den stark vergilbten Kissen absieht, jedoch sollte in Zukunft gründlicher gereinigt werden und der Balkon mit einer günstigen Baumarktgarnitur aufgewertet werden. Die Dame beim einchecken war sehr nett, jedoch finde ich es traurig, dass bei den An- und Abreisezeiten ( Anreise ab 16Uhr und Abreise bis 9Uhr ) keine vernünftige Grundreinigung möglich war. Ich betreibe selbst eine Ferienwohnung und in diesen 7 Stunden kann man deutlich mehr schaffen. Es kann nicht sein, dass man so spät eincheckt und dann erstmal durchsaugen muss.
