About this house rental
The Beach House Mollymook is a refurbished holiday house overlooking sensational Mollymook Beach. There's not many of these beach houses left in the area and The Beach House is sure to please. Keeping the beach theme throughout, the house has been styled with you in mind. Enjoy whale and dolphin watching from the comfort of the lounge... there's no need to use the TV!

We have 2 week's remaining through summer Holiday season, 2025/2026.
Sunday 21st December to Sunday 28th December
Sunday 11th January to Sunday 18th January.
Short walking distance to beach, Mollymook Shops, the new 'Tallwood' restaurant, Rick Stein at Bannisters restuarant and the beginning of the walking track which takes you to South Mollymook beach and the beautiful Golf course. It's a weekend away without having to use the car!
The Beach House Mollymook has a complimentary late check-out of 11am.

On the ground floor, The Beach House offers:
- 2 bedrooms - 1 queen
- 1 with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom/ laundry
- living area with TV and DVD player
- outdoor entertaining area
On the first floor;
- 2 bedrooms - 1 queen
- 1 with 2 single beds
- kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine
- dining room with a large table that seats 6
- living area with new lounge and flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo with ipod docking station
- adjoining outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ, tables and chairs that has magnificent views of Mollymook beach

Excellent spot, perfect views and easy access to the beach. Loved the hot outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach.

Amazing view of the beach from both storeys and great easy access to the beach. House was comfortable and clean.Note: limited pantry items/staples (just fyi, e.g. no cooking oil. Not an issue just to be aware of).Slight delay in receiving keysafe code but other than that no issues. Would recommend

Property was neat and tidy. Great ocean views & location. The house did have a cockroach infestation. Other than that we enjoyed our stay
