Bartlett is just a short drive to North Conway in one direction, and Jackson in the other. Storyland, Santa's Village and everything the White Mountains has to offer! Just minutes from the Saco river and hiking.
This 2 bedroom, plus large loft, penthouse condo will comfortably sleep 6 people, but up to 8. It offers a stunning master bedroom with queen sized 4 post bed. In this master you will find a private balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. This master offers a newly designed and remodeled private bathroom, and an exquisite mahogany writing desk. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with luxury bedding. Upstairs you will find the kind of loft that you would hope to in such a well kept condominium. It is set up to work as a terrific family room during the day, but has hidden sleeping arrangements in both sofas. A trundle bed will sleep 2, and a sofa bed pulls out to a queen and sleeps 2 more! Flat screen TV, stereo, and another very special balcony. In addition, there is a large living room with 60" flat screen TV with Netflix and a blue- ray / DVD player. Free wireless internet included. An expandable dining room table, 2nd luxury bathroom with 5 shower heads, a long backside balcony with (3) classic white rocking chairs. In total, there are 4 flat screen TVs, all wall-mounted.

Guests must bring their own Sheets & Towels. The beds have blankets, comforters, and pillows. But NO SHEETS, NO TOWELS, NO BATH MATS are supplied.
Attractions: several ski mountains and cross country skiing and snow shoeing trails within 5 - 10 minutes away. Horseback riding within short drive. Story land 5 minutes away. Conway scenic and mt. Washington cog railroad close-by. Swimming, biking or canoeing near-by. Several 18 hole golf courses open to the public within 15 minutes. Saco river, Jackson falls, Kancamagus highway within a short drive. Ice skating on property grounds or nearby nestle nook farm. There are so many amazing restaurants just a hop, skip and jump away.
QUIET TIME: Required by the condo association is quite time between 10pm and 7am. Essentially, that means this is not a party condo and while we do encourage fun & laughter, we do not suggest booking this condo for any large or late parties. The condo does fine $$ for excessive noise during those hours, which guest will be responsible for.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3rd Floor penthouse, with approximately 30 stairs, and no elevator or handicap access.

Our family had a great ski weekend at this condo. The unit was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and ensured everything ran smoothly. The location was convenient to points all over the area and my kids really enjoyed swimming and playing in the clubhouse. We would stay here again!

The condo was very clean . The only issue was it states a penthouse with indoor pool
It makes it sound like the pool is in the condo building but it actually is in a clubhouse. Unfortunately the hot tub was cold and repair man was called . Overall it was a pleasant vacation and Dixie was accommodating

Our stay wasn't the trip we had wanted . My wife was in the hospital for two months. Three flights of stairs . This wasn't said in the listing. The listing in parts is true but it was not what it seems . Bbq is on the property but is was in the next lot .This is a small compliant. We had many issues so renter's beware .
