Umístění penzionu na náměstí bylo výborné, vše bylo po ruce: restaurace, výborná cukrárna, samoobsluha potravin Jednota 2 min od ubytování, otevřeno denně včetně sobot, nedělí i svátků, pláž zdarma. Vedle penzionu je prodej vynikající zmrzliny. Lokalita je klidná. Je možnost parkovat ve dvoře. Úschovna kol je k dispozici.
Společná kuchyňka by mohla být lepší. Pro tyto účely je používána místnost, která sloužila dříve jako kavárna. Je původní a neútulná. Na pokoji je sice varná konvice, ale jen 1 malý stůl pro 1 osobu. Jiné pokoje byly vybavené kuchyňskou linkou, tak se zřejmě jednalo jen o náš pokoj bez dostatečného kuchyňského vybavení.
