About this house rental
Well-kept cottage approx. 150 meters from Nissum Fjord, where there is a good opportunity for swimming and surfing. The cottage is furnished with a functional kitchen in open connection with the living room, from which there is access to the terrace. There is a wood burning stove, TV, DVD player and free internet access. Wooden floors in kitchen and living room. There is an energy-saving air / air heat pump. Three good bedrooms. In addition, there is a loft that the children can use for playrooms. On the plot there is a swing and space for ball games. There is a small port approx. 150 m from the house, where the local fjord fishermen sail from. Here there is also a playground and benches where you can sit and enjoy the view of Nissum Fjord. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
