The nightly rate shown includes the villa and Gold VIP package for the first 2 guests, with additional guests priced per person with discounted rates for children based on age.
A resort fee of $25 per person per night is paid directly to the resort at check-in, with discounted rates for children based on age.

• 8 guests generally receive a 4 bedroom villa
• 10 to 12 guests may receive a 5 or 6 bedroom villa
• 12 to 14 guests may receive a 6 or 7 bedroom villa or two nearby villas
Each bedroom features a king bed and private or en suite bathroom for comfort and privacy.
All Villas Include:
• Private swimming pool with shaded terrace
• Tropical gardens and outdoor lounge areas
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Separate dining and living areas
• Air conditioning throughout
• Balcony or veranda spaces
• Daily housekeeping service

My family had a great stay at the villa advertised. That's not to say that we didn't have a few bumps in the road. The villa was without running water for a day and although we called on several occasions, it didn't seem to be a priority to fix. After returning home from a muddy excursion, not having water until the next day was frustrating. We also had to rent the golf cart for a $60 deposit, only for it to break down the same day. Other than that, our stay was beautiful. The breakfast prepared daily was delicious and she also kept the villa well-cleaned during our stay. The location was perfect! After a long day of bouncing around the resort, it was great to come back to a comfortable place secluded from the crowds. Lastly, our managers who assisted with the booking were very helpful and communicative.

Gayle & Cynthia were great hosts & very responsive. When the resort screwed up Gayle tries her best to fix it even while she was on her own vacation. We were due a refund because of the resort screw and & Gayle & Cynthia sent the refund most expeditiously. I cant speak any more highly of them!
