This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. If any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations. Maintenance fixed a couple issues. Thought floors could have been mopped, clean of visible dirt, but need a good mopping. Will stay again at property.

Overall the house is wonderful and accommodated our party of 8 (we had 4 couples)! I would totally recommend to someone.Here is the pros and cons list from our stay:Pros - Beds are SO AMAZING! All of the beds, pillows, and linens are so comfy and we appreciated having alot of extra linens to use - Having our own private pool was the best - Kitchen has most of what you need to cook and the gas grill was a plus - The house was beautifully decorated throughoutCons - In the listing it does not mention that there is a unit above this one. Not a crazy big deal, but if we'd had known we would have probably not booked knowing there would be another family above us. - Elevator had issues the last day we were there and it was unusable - Beach access is close, but there is not alot of "beach", so plan to get there early if you want a good spot, or just drive down to the public beach access
