It was a beautiful house just needed some maintenance around the house. Ceiling fan didn’t work in some rooms, along with outside lights didn’t work at all around the camp fire.

A few things that stopped this cabin from being top notch…the property contact wasn’t overly responsive when contacted about an extra person fee or the request of firewood that could be had per a sent email. There were a couple of fans and light that didn’t work. It’s a lovely place overall, just needs a bit more attention by their manager.

The ice machine not operatable, the ceiling fan upstairs over the pool table not working, jacuzzi has a bad stench, either needed cleaning or more chemicals, we could not enjoy this feature

A couple of things happened during our stay that you need to know about. 1) the upstairs bathroom had the shower diverter come apart the first night. I spent 30mins reassembling it only to discover it really needs to be replaced or gasket replaced. 2) when we arrived, after the third shower that night, we realized no hot water was available. I found the breaker for the water heater was off. Not tripped but switched off. That took hours to reheat. 3) the fireplace seems to smell like it’s leaking propane.

The location is great if you aren’t looking for seclusion. The neighboring cabins are very close to each other’s. The hot tub only had a couple feet of water in it, the rubber seal around the refrigerator door was moldy, there were mouse droppings in the cabinet and the grill does not work properly. It was all rusted and only one burner would light.

The property is beautiful. The location is perfectly placed in town yet still secluded. I was a little disappointed we couldn’t play pool bc the sticks were in poor condition. The futons upstairs also needed new mattresses and the hot tub wasn’t working correctly. Overall our experience at the cabin was wonderful.

Everything was very nice. From the booking to checkout all went very smooth. The cabin was big enough for our group. With the pool table, horseshoes, corn hole and hot tub we had lots to do. The restaurants and water was in close range to go and have fun and get back with time to relax. Very nice place.

Cabin was a good size for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Close to everything, many shops and restaurants right around the corner and state park isn’t far. Upstairs bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and some stuff was left in the fridge but other than that it seemed pretty clean. Very comfy beds in master but two upstairs futons need to be replaced, they are broken and do not open and close properly. Also hot tub takes many hours to heat up fully to the right temp, it’s was kind of crazy (like 4+ hrs so plan ahead). Communication was not great, I emailed, texted and called and left voicemails and had the hardest time getting a response from Christy the property manager. We were trying to book an extra night the first time I was trying to contact her and the second time we were trying to inquire about whether firewood was provided (it is not) and the buy some firewood from them. She finally answered the phone a couple times and I get the info I needed but she never gets back to you or answers messages, it’s pretty unprofessional. If I was the owner I definitely would get a different manager for the propert.

The property was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We had a pleasant stay here for a few days with lifetime friends from school years past. The only suggestion I would have is that the back of property needs a wooden privacy fence to make it feel more secluded. There was a business right behind the property that had cars coming and going throughout the day.

Cabin was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Exactly as described and well appointed and had everything we needed + more - including a Keurig. Very spacious and living room and big dining table worked good for a large family. Plenty parking with circle drive for the boat. Amazing Grace gets an A with us.

The management company must have been terribly busy, they wouldn’t return messages left and the one time I happened to speak to a person they sounded like they didn’t have time to answer my questions. Few items inoperative or missing. There is no operating can opener. The BBQ grill doesn’t work so don’t plan on cooking out or bring you own grill. Ice maker doesn’t work. No working TV. No garbage disposal. The road to get in was like a mine field with huge chug holes. Other than all that is was perfect.
