About this house rental
With only 40 minutes from the city of São Paulo, you will reach the Hummingbird Ranch where you will find comfort, security and peace for those who live the hectic day-to-day. The house has accommodation for 10 people, fireplace, huge living room with two environments and TV 32 INCH LCD, the kitchen has duplex refrigerator, microwave oven, blender and all necessary utensils ,. In the outdoor area, pool table, barbecue grill, pizza oven, wood stove and toys for the kids (swing, swing-and-seesaw) as well as a mini soccer field with natural grass.
The pool has ample place for sunbathing, outdoor showers and a slide to the delight of the children. The hedge rows guarantee the privacy of the place. There are several points for placing hammock.
The dirt road to the site and the native forest guarantee the rural climate.
The close distance to the city provides, including the outward and return the same day, facilitating the arrival of those who do not provide every day for needed rest.

Lugar maravilhoso com muita área verde , ideal para quem busca tranquilidade , casa aconchegante e muito segura pois tenho uma bebê de 1 aninho e pude deixa lá livre pela casa muito bom , minha família amou fizemos pão de queijo no forno a lenha foi perfeito , parabéns Sr João pela sua Chácara , sem dúvidas voltaremos com certeza obrigada

Lugar maravilhoso com muita área verde , ideal para quem busca tranquilidade e muita paz , casa aconchegante muito segura pois tenho uma bebê de 1 aninho e pude deixa lá andar pela casa toda sem preocupação , cozinha completa, adoramos o final de semana foi perfeito , parabéns Sr João pela sua chácara , e com certeza voltaremos sem dúvida, pois foi ótimo .
