This is an absolutely serene location on the lake (Abrams Pond) with a view of Schoodic Mountain in the distance. 35 miles from Bar Harbor/Acadia. Great lawn to frolic as well as great fishing and swimming in the lake. Many amenities.
Located on a beautiful, quiet lake with large lawn. Just north of Ellsworth where you will find food shopping, restaurants, LL Bean outlet, bowling and other activities. Pleasant drive to Bar Harbor, great restaurants, shopping and the wonderful Acadia National Park for hiking, biking and beautiful sightseeing along the coast. 'Serenity' is located on Abrams Pond in Eastbrook. Great fishing with kayaks provided. Spotted on premises; bald eagles, osprey, loons, too many other birds to mention, mink and moose too. Peaceful setting away from it all.
June, July & August - 7 day stay minimum, Saturday to Saturday

Amazing. Before we even got to the location, I was going to give 5 stars around the board for communication alone. Seriously fantastic communication — information, recommendations, etc. The house and location are absolutely lovely and we could not have asked for a better time or friendlier host. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we revisit the area.

This wonderful lake house was just what we were looking for and the perfect place for our first visit to Maine. The house was very clean and fully stocked. Had plenty of room and very comfortable. The host was so welcoming and responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again. The view is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay. The house has everything you need and the view is everything you want. The property is quiet and feels like the only house on the lake. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy nature without being to far from some of the best sites in Maine this is for you.

My family loved staying right on the lake. The vacation home has a cozy, cabin feel with lots of windows for viewing the lake. Accommodations were so nice to include kayaks, a paddle boat, and yard games to use during our stay. The owner was great at communicating what is available and checked in with a phone call after our arrival to make sure everything was to our liking. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful property with us!
