About this house rental
Cottage with whirlpool and sauna located only approx. 100 meters from the coast at Koldkær. There is a sea view from the terrace. The cottage has three bedrooms, one of which has an elevation double bed. There is also a loft with mattresses. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. microwave, separate freezer and dishwasher. Bright living room with heat pump as well as wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player. Free internet connection. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, sauna, shower and underfloor heating. There is a washer and dryer, cot and high chair. Both open and covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. There is a swing and sandbox for the kids.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
