Shinhwa Jeju Shinhwa World Hotels

We enjoyed the space and the amenities. Our children really liked the indoor waterpark. It felt very safe and there were always lifeguards and staff doing rounds and monitoring everyone was safe. We would love to comeback.

There was nothing we didn't like

The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The resort is not great. Breakfast is extremely expensive, and the dinner options are not great (generally low food quality). The staff of the hotel and complete resort felt very unwelcoming and, at times impolite. There are only two elevators for many rooms and floors, so waiting times of +5 minutes are not uncommon even in the off-season. The pool advertised very often on the booking page is nice, but the bar and restaurant at that pool close around 7 pm, which is very strange in my opinion. Especially since they advertise for adult child-free hours at those times.
