Läget. Gångavstånd till fin badplats, affärer och centrum. Alingsås är en jättefin stad. Lugnt och skönt med fin natur.
Otroligt varmt på rummet och i köket. Behövs ac varma sommardagar. Vore bra med en rullgardin över takfönstret, som stänger ute mycket av värmen. Utetrappan är lite svår att gå i.
