Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the south and the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) to the north, Oak Island's unique shoreline provides its visitors with both breathtaking sunrises and stunning sunsets. When you visit, you'll see why Oak Island (OKI) has been named one of the best beaches on the Southern coast by Coastal Living.

Property Overview
Just Beachy is a comfortable beach house that can sleep up to 13 guests and accommodates 11 comfortably. It is just steps to our uncrowded beach! When you envision a classic family beach vacation, you're most likely picturing Oak Island, where you are just steps to an uncrowded beach which has been attracting visitors since the early 19th century.

Outdoor Living
Call the expansive oceanfront deck your home base for working on your tan, enjoying your favorite summertime novel in a rocker or lounge or stargazing in the evening. Savor your morning coffee while watching the sunrise to the left, and enjoy your favorite drink at happy hour while catching the sunset to the right. The deck includes two rockers, an Adirondack chair, a dining table for six and two lounge chairs.

Interior Highlights
- Living Space: The beautiful views through the oversized sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean can be enjoyed from the comfortable couches and upholstered rockers. After star-gazing is complete, guests can gather around the flat-screen smart TV.
- Dining and Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it an ideal spot to prepare local seafood specialties that you can enjoy on the dining table with bench seating or outside on the table on the deck, with its mesmerizing ocean backdrop.

Where You'll Sleep
- Main Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a king bed, mounted flat-screen TV and closet space. The shared bathroom includes a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
- Second Floor: One bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed, an additional double and a mounted flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom features two queen beds and a mounted flat-screen TV.
All bedrooms have device chargers.

- Work and Connectivity: Just Beachy is beautiful every season of the year. Stay connected with wireless internet, and take advantage of the monitor and desk for remote work year-round.
- Conveniences: The house includes a washer and dryer, access to a fitness center, an electric car charger and an outdoor shower.
- Local Dining: Restaurants serving your favorite seafood or a variety of American, Italian and Mexican are nearby. The Lonerider Tap House and Grill, with views of the marshy estuary and pelicans, is an easy walk.

We are committed to keeping Oak Island as pristine and beautiful for our guests as possible. We have started by installing solar panels, turtle-friendly lighting, and an EV charger and adding household items like reusable beverage containers, wine glasses out of sustainable materials, reusable paper towels and cocktail napkins. We plan to continue to add items that will preserve the environment as we can. With a pristine shore and the prospect of another turtle nest and baby turtles heading out to sea as our inspiration, we are committed to an eco-friendly home and preserving Oak Island's beauty.
