First time booking a VRBO home instead of a hotel room in Laughlin/Bullhead City and it was a great experience. I work a lot so I just wanted to find a nice home on the river to literally just unplug and relax with my children and spouse and mother in law. She’s old and overweight so in hindsight I wouldn’t have booked one with so many stairs hahaha, but for the rest of us we loved it. By the way there is a downstairs bedroom/bathroom, but my daughter claimed it so she could still game and yell and not wake us up. The town has many stores nearby for snacks, beer, sunscreen, water shoes just in case you forget like us! Host was great, great communication. I will be a returning visitor, thanks for the rest, relaxation and memories for my girls.

What a wonderful property! River access and the private dock/beach made this such a fabulous vacation with my family. The house is immaculate and we couldn't have asked for more.
