About this house rental
This completely remodeled and updated home is located in the heart of Cape May, just blocks from Jefferson Street beach and within easy walking distance of the Washington Street Mall and all of Cape May's restaurants and attractions. The home is fully air-conditioned for those warm summer Cape May days and nights, and also has baseboard heat, making the home a perfect year-round escape. The outside features beautiful landscaping and sod. For the security of the property and guests, there are three Ring exterior security cameras: one covering the front of the property; one by the side of the home/shed; and one at the rear of the property.
Inside, the owner has spared no expense in renovating this classic 3-story colonial. The kitchen features an open format, with all new appliances, a hardwood floor, and quartzite countertop. The dining room comfortably seats 10 at the new 9-foot long table. There is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen and a cafe table on the sun porch for enjoying a snack or coffee. The spacious living room has ample seating and leads out to the enclosed sun porch.
The second floor features 3 bedrooms. The oversized master bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 other bedrooms on the floor - one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twin beds. The ensuite master bath features a new tile floor, a custom marble and glass enclosed shower, and a double vanity. The hall bathroom on the second floor has a new tile floor and a custom marble and glass enclosed shower.
The third floor has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twin beds. The hall bathroom has a newly tiled floor, a restored clawfoot tub/shower and a double vanity.
The owner rents a beach box on Jefferson Street Beach and provides 8 beach chairs for guests. Ten beach tags are provided for guests to use during their stay. Guests may bring their own sheets and towels or rent through a local service. Information on a recommended linen service is provided to all guests after confirmation of booking.

We loved this clean, well-situated home! Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Quiet and comfortable for our large family. The beach box with chairs was a plus. Would definitely stay again!

My friends and I stayed at this property for a long weekend and we had an absolutely amazing time. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go (beach, downtown, etc.). Parking in the area was plentiful which was so convenient for a large group coming from different locations. The house itself was spotless and gorgeous. We all fit comfortably and all of the amenities worked great. A fun bonus was a nest of baby bunnies in the front landscaping that kept us entertained by getting to see them all cuddled up together every time we walked past. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Christine!

We were like children opening gifts on a special day as we enter through the front door. This home was A+++ top of the list from anywhere any of us have stayed before. Fingers crossed we will be back in 2023.
Two suggestions - a binder with all appliance manual instructions and a separate one with house information (WiFi, etc) and should be kept in the kitchen. We found the house information sheet in a bedroom dresser drawer. Christine provided great dining suggestions, but we loved the house so much, we ordered in dinners. Christine was quick to respond to any questions.
This home is no less than fantastic!!!
