The Sand Ranch is an amazing home base for a quintessential coastal getaway. This open-concept living space is ideal for spending quality time together and allows for conversation to flow.
The modern kitchen has everything you need, so don't worry about bringing any pots and pans from home. Walk over to the covered, screened-in porch outside and take a sip of your morning brew as you listen to the birds and the breeze off the ocean.
Down the hall, you'll find the bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with a bedroom including two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Farther down the hall is the main bedroom, with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a television for your entertainment.
Outside, guests will find a picnic table on the ground level. There is also an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water so you can rinse off those sandy feet. This rental even provides a washer and dryer for you to leave the sand in Oak Island and not take it home! Spend lazy evenings gathered around the backyard firepit, an ideal location for an outdoor oyster roast.

We enjoyed the property. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach with super convenient public beach access. It's very close to the pier and the yard is spacious. The house is nice and met our needs.

This property was a nice rental for our recent stay in Oak Island. The house was very comfortable and it was a short walk to the beach. While the house was clean, I did find a dirty bowl and empty cream cheese container under the sink. The overall house could use a bit of refreshing - the mattresses need updating as do the linens for the bed. The house was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and beach items such as a pull cart. The outdoor screen porch was nice to sit out and enjoy the mornings & evenings. Overall we were happy with the rental and would book it again.

It does technically sleep 8, but we had 5 adults and felt that maxxed out the space.
