Großzügige Fewo, modernes Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, großer Flur, überdachte Außensitzplätze, kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr nette Vermieter. Gute Lage zur Stadt, aber Auto notwendig.
Für mich (68 J., etwas gehbehindert) waren die Betten zu niedrig, hatte besonders nachts Schwierigkeiten aufzustehen. Die vielen Treppen zur FeWo im Souterain (ca. 48 Stufen) waren für mich persönlich auch anstrengend. Gesunden Personen dürfte dies jedoch nichts ausmachen.

Terrasse und die Kühle Luft in der Wohnung
Der reguläre Zugang zu der Wohnung führt nahezu komplett um das Haus rum, auf teilweise sehr engen und wackeligen Steinplatten zum Eingang der Wohnung. Dann findet man eine sehr in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung vor, die lediglich durch eine Glasscheibe zum Hausbewohner abgetrennt ist, - Privatsphäre wenn es der Hauseigentür will... - sehr hellhörig on Top :( Die Matratzen in einem der Schlafzimmer sind komplett durchgelegen - auch die Wohnzimmercouch ist "durch" Alles wirkt einfach sehr alt und verwohnt.
