About this house rental
Our home is light, airy, warm and welcoming. There are two main gathering spaces. The upstairs room provides you with comfortable seating to watch movies or catch up with friends and family. Downstairs is great for kids and adults alike, with a television, a ping pong table and plenty of space for all to gather. There are unparalleled views of Deer Valley and Park City ski areas. We are ideally located between the ski mountains, bike trails, hiking trails, minutes from shopping, downtown Park City and the free bus route. The outside features a private 6 seat hot tub to soothe your muscles after a long day of skiing or to just relax and enjoy the views.
With six bedrooms sleeping 16+ people, there are plenty of sleeping options. On the main floor you will find the master with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The office has a pull out couch and access to the main floor bath. The upstairs features a king bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with two queen beds and private bath and a bedroom with a queen bed which has access to the bathroom down the hall. Downstairs features a bunk room that has two bunk beds, each with a single on the top and a full/queen on the bottom, a pull out futon and a private bath. The last room downstairs features two twin beds and a private bath. We would possibly consider a dog but would have to make that determination after a conversation. If approved, there would be an additional pet fee.
Guests have access to the entire house to spread out and enjoy the home.
The home is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your time in Park City. There is a property manager available 24/7 to support you with any questions or assistance you may need.

We are so grateful to have spent a week in this beautiful mountain home, conveniently located and perfectly appointed. Three levels of accommodations made it possible for eight adults and five children’s ages three and under to spread out, find both active and quiet spaces and enjoy views from a wonderful deck. Close walk to parks, the MARC, and the bus line. Convenient drives to everything else. The property manager was exceptionally accommodating and helpful, as well. This home stay deserves my highest possible recommendation, and without question, we hope to come again one day.

Everything was as good or better than the pictures and descriptions. It was very comfortable for 8 adults, with a sufficiently large dining table and family room. Beds were all comfortable. We could have added more young kids in the downstairs bunk room but the other rooms were just right for our adult children. We would come back and stay longer next time.

We had a fabulous stay in your beautiful home! I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again. We’ve been traveling to Park City for the past 17 years with our children and this home was perfect for a large group- we had my family of 5, my sister’s family of 5 and my sister in laws family of 5! The kitchen was so well equipped and had plenty of everything that we needed to cook large meals! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!
