About this house rental
Welcome to the Farm of the Buddhas!
Many statues of Buddhas decorate our garden.
Surrounded by cornfields, absolute calm, silence, nature, ZEN
Small forest nearby.
Detached house of 110m² forming part of a traditional Landaise farm; the main farm is on the same land and inhabited by the owners (who will be as discreet as possible).
5x10 pool (with safety shutter) that can occasionally be used by the children of the owners.
House completely restored to new, 2 bedrooms double bed (new bedding), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 toilet, 1 sofa bed (new) in the living room, 1 large living room with open kitchen on a covered terrace and pool terrace with shade sail,
Garden with play area: children's hut, trampoline, football goal
Fully equipped kitchen: electric oven / microwave oven / multi-function robot / steam cooking / Nespresso coffee machine / dish washer / washing machine
BBQ and gas griddle (new)
WIRELESS
No TV in the cottage
Our smoking friends are welcome to do it outdoors, thank you.
Sheets provided, beds made on arrival, towels provided.
Duvets and blankets available if needed.
Pets welcome.
Java, female white Swiss Shepherd, walks on the field and will certainly come to greet you.
Arrival late afternoon from 17:00.
Departure in the morning before 11:00.
Schedules of principle likely of arrangements according to the preceding and / or following tenants.
Deposit of 500 € (possible damages) returned a week after the end of the stay.
Deposit = 50% of the total amount of the rental (includes deposit + cleaning) to guarantee the reservation.
Payment of the balance one week before the arrival.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes, geschmackvoll renoviertes Bauernhofgelände. Man wohnt im sehr schön restaurierten Stall, großzügiges Wohn-Eßzimmer mit gut ausgestatteter, offener Küche. Bad und WC in Extraräumen, 2 Schlafzimmer, davon ein Durchgangszimmer, allerdings kann man auch aus jedem Raum auch über eine Terrassentür nach draußen gelangen. Man muss nicht zwingend durch das Durchgangszimmer gehen. Schöner, relativ großer (schätze 8x4 m, habe aber nicht gemessen und auch nicht gefragt), sauberer Pool mit etwas Salzwasser. Schöne Holzeinfassung, großzügige Terrasse am Pool mit Loungemöbeln, weitere große überdachteTerrasse mit Esstisch am Kücheneingang.
Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns persönlich begrüßt haben, Tipps zum Wochenmarkt und zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung gaben. Sprechen sehr gut Englisch (falls man selbst nicht so sattelfest in der französichen Sprache ist).
Die Vermieter wohnen im Haupthaus, gemeinsamer, sehr großer Garten. Der Pool und die Terrassen sind duch Büsche und Bäume im Garten weitestgehend verdeckt, man bleibt absolut ungestört und für sich, wenn man es möchte.
Die Lage zum Strand oder für Ausflüge in die Pyrenäen/ größere Städte ist nicht optimal. Zum nächsten Strand ca 40 Min. Fahrzeit. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Radtouren direkt vom Haus aus waren wunderschön, allerdings war es überraschen hügelig.
Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub, wir werden wohl wiederkommen.

Excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable, très propre. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et ont à cœur de nous renseigner au mieux pour découvrir cette belle région.
L extérieur est également très agréable et idéal avec des enfants.
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et le recommandons vivement!

Magnifique intérieur avec un goût deco au top, jardin , salon de jardin , terrasse ombragée et piscine salée Entouré d’un écrin de nature. Propriétaires charmants et discrets, enfants hyper agréable. Tous Commerces A 7km. Je recommande +++

The house ist part of an old farm and was formerly used as a barn. It has been rebuilt and renovated and is tastefully decorated. Modern details, like the fully equipped kitchen, match very well with old details, like an old Morrocan door.
A spacious wooden terrace and a well-kept pool are probably the highlight for most of the Visitors.
Very friendly hosts take care of you and try to solve any little problem, that may occur, immediately. But they are always discreet, so you have your privacy. Thank you again, Céline and Pierre.
Strongly recommended for people looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat.
