For shared use: table tennis. Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn 250 m2 trees, swimming pool angular (36 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Public parking on the road. Prachtige villa met alles er op en er aan. Zeer ruimtelijk en op een steenworp afstand van de zee. Bedden zijn goed, douche en warm water is uitstekend en in de keuken voldoende borden, bestek en pannen.

Casa muy confortable, de reciente construcción, bien equipada, decorada con buen gusto y con elementos de calidad. Piscina de buena longitud (+ de 12 m.) muy aprovechable. Estancia muy agradable.

"The house was exactly as nice as it is in pictured. Big pool, great kitchen with all utilities you can think of. Nicely decorated house. Bedrooms, except for master suite, fairly small. Unfortunately..."
