Zentral an der Algave gelegenes Ferienhaus. Gute Raumaufteilung. Viel Platz. Toller Pool und Aussenbereich. Preis-Leistung sehr gut !

Locatie met heel veel privacy rond het zwembad. Enkel in de verte kan je een terras van de buren zien als je recht staat. Dicht bij het strand, maar toch heel rustig.

De ligging en de ruimte. Ligt op een mooie rustige plek binnen 15 min rijden van diverse dorpjes in de buurt. De keuken was zeer ruim en goed voorzien. De woonkamer is groot en goed ingedeeld. De drie slaapkamers zijn groot met volop kast ruimte. De ruimte om het huis is ook riant met een schitterend uitzicht over de heuvels tot aan de zee. Een mooi dak terras en ook volop ruimte op de patio en rond het zwembad.
De temperatuur in januari is moeilijk te regelen. Over het algemeen was het koud, maar in de slaapkamers kan met de airconditioning units de ruimte ook verwarmd worden. In de woonkamer is een open haard maar bij gebruik was er een zeer sterke rooklucht in het hele huis. Een elektrische kachel zou een goede oplossing zijn. De lucht vochtigheid is in de winter ook moeilijk te regelen en goed ventileren is belangrijk.

mad dog barking nearby- drove us crazy! beds were so so, lighting could be improved, one of the A/C heating units did not work
