Absolute kudos!

Absolutely cozy and practical apartment that can easily accommodate a couple even with 2 kids. All amenities that you might need for a longer stay are in place and well maintained/operational. Location is fantastic to have a bit of peace, right near the beach, on the edge of populated area, surrounded by nature + dead end street, so no traffic. Groceries are 3min by car or cca 10min easy walk. So, everything is top!

There were no towels the moment I checked in, but I did check-in rather late in the evening and i had my own with me so it wasn't a problem really. I honestly believe should I have mentioned that to the host, it would be solved asap. The host - Mr Bas was more than helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. So, even this mini thing is really not a negative thing for thr overall experience.

Top Lage, miserable Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt hinter den Dünen. Man ist in 5-10 Minuten am Strand. Der Strand wird allerdings von sehr vielen Hundebesitzer genutzt.

Die Fenster waren wirklich winzig, so dass eine anständige Belüftung nicht möglich war. Wir hatten noch Nachts noch sehr moderate Temperaturen, im Hochsommer wird es wohl kaum auszuhalten sein. Das Bett, welches vorab als 180 Bett deklariert wurde, war tatsächlich nur 140 breit. Für uns beide viel zu klein, so dass letztlich einer auf der Couch schlafen musste. Wir sind beide sehr schlanke Personen, aber in dem Bett mit dem durch gelegene Matratzen hält man’s wahrscheinlich nur aus, wenn man frisch verliebt ist und ohnehin die ganze Nacht aufeinander liegt. Das Mobiliar hat seine besten Zeiten auch schon lange hinter sich. Wenn etwas Neues angeschafft wurde dann billige Pressspan Möbel. Die Couch war defekt, das Geschirr unvollständig und ein Sammelsurium aus diversen Sets. Wir hatten bspw. nur zwei Müslischüsseln und drei tiefe Teller. Zudem war es in vielen Teilen der Wohnung dreckig. Hinter den Vorhängen hat noch Dreck und Fliegenkot und Tode Insekten gelegen. Der Balkon war mit Spinnweben und Dreck überseht, der nach und nach zu Boden gerieselt ist. Die Vorhänge waren dreckig, und auf dem Duschvorhang waren braune Flecken. Wir hatten die Hausverwaltung vor Ort drauf angesprochen, aber leider ist außer Entschuldigung und dem Versprechen, die Beschreibung der Wohnung anzupassen nichts passiert.

Mooi bij strand gelegen, modern ingericht appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.

Modern ingericht appartement met balkon in groen gelegen op 8 minuten lopen van het strand. Goede matrassen, complete keuken inclusief afwasmachine, magnetron en klein oventje. Grote koel vriescombinatie. Hebben twee dagen bijgeboekt, goed geregeld door de verhuurder.

Douche en toiletruimte wat klein. Geen thermostaat kraan, wat bij elke douchebeurt een uitdaging was in warm/ koud ruzie. Omdat het zo heet en warm was veel de ramen open gehad. Moesten bij het donker wel weer dicht... teveel muggen. Een paar bovenluikjes hebben horren...maar de deuren voorzien van horren zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

een hele rustige en mooie omgeving in een mooi appartement maakten ons verblijf geslaagd

Het contact met de verhuurder liep erg prettig, maar volgens mijn echtgenote was de aanwezigheid van goede wasmachine droger en vaatwasser van bijzondere waarde. De rustige omgeving ervoeren we ook als prettig en mooi.

Wij hebben niets als onprettig ervaren en komen volgend jaar weer graag naar dezelfde plaats terug

Perfekt ausgestattetes und schönes Appartement um zu Entspannen

Wir waren im November für vier Nächte im Vakantiehuisje Martina und es hat uns voll und ganz gefallen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und auch für unseren einjährigen Sohn waren Babystuhl und Babybett vorhanden. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und direkt am Deich.

Fijn.

Het was een fijn huisje en lekker dicht bij het strand. De eigenaar nam af en toe contact op of alles nog ok was. Dat is fijn. Goed dat je weet dat de eigenaar bereikbaar is mocht er wel wat zijn. Huisje was schoon en voldoende ruimte!
