Die Lage war äußerst günstig. Die Schlüsselausgabe lag in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie Bahnhof, Bäcker, Supermärkte, Fahrradverleih, Fußgängerzone, Schwimmbad und Strand.
Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet WLAN, Internetradio und Fernseher vorhanden und ein Balkon mit Morgensonne lud zum Frühstück dort ein.
Die Matratzen und die Kopfkissen hätten besser sein können

Der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Parkdeck mit Schlüssel für das Tor. Der Balkon, zwar Blick zur Stadt, aber dafür die windgeschützte Seite. Die Zentrale Lage. Man konnte das Klappbett unten lassen und kam noch an dem Sofa vorbei.
Der Fernseher war "fest" und konnte vom Bett nicht geguckt werden.
Beschreibung der Verwaltungsgesellschaft ist dürftig. Anfahrt zum Parkplatz (links neben dem Sparkassenparkplatz) musste man durch "ausprobieren" herausfinden. Müllkontainer musste man auch erst suchen.

well located, easy key exchange, somewhat alright value, having a balcony was nice, enough towels
bed was not really comfy, rather noisy during our stay due to some bars in the area,
