Prima plek maar deze plek behoeft zorg en zichtbaar personeel!

Goede locatie ruim appartement (met 3 bedden ) en schoon.

Een redelijk nieuw appartementen complex zonder zichtbaar personeel. Zeer onpersoonlijke binnenkomst via een code die door alle verschillende mails (booking belvilla lush) moeilijk te achterhalen was. Ook een plek op het parkeer terrein ging via weer een andere code. Neem gewoon iemand aan voor de receptie! Een afgekauwde stoel in de woonkamer en een kapot badkamer raam dicht geplakt met duct tape. Dat hoeft toch niet zo! Wel heel schoon (dank voor het schoonmaak personeel). Lush luxe appartement. Mwah.

Dreckig und runtergekommen und absolut überteuert

Die Nähe zum Strand und hört es schon auf

Es ist dreckig und runtergekommen. Das Appartement wird nicht richtig gereinigt, die Polstermöbel und Gardinen haben überall Flecken. Die Terrasse bietet null Privatsphäre, jeder läuft ständig vorbei und auch die Mülltonnen sind direkt neben der Terrasse. Über 250€ die Nacht ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit.

We hadden geen code gehad via de mail en moesten bellen.

Schoonmaak appartement. Veel stof onder de bedden en bedbank en op de vensterbanken. Lawaaierige vaatwasser Vloerentrekker kapot en bezem aan vervanging toe.

De mail die we hadden moeten krijgen met de gegevens om binnen te komen hadden we niet gehad. Deze hebben we uiteindelijk nog gekregen. Maar het is erg onhandig om te moeten zoek in mails van booking.com en belvilla en uiteindelijik blijkt het een mail te moeten zijn van Aparthotel zelf (die we dus niet hadden gehad)

Nette Unterkunft mitten im Ort und nah zum Meer.

Alles prima. Alles jedoch sehr anonym. Eine Rezeption für einige Stunden am Tag wäre jedoch nett z.B. für die Anfrage einer Verlängerung, Late-Check-out etc.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist genial.

Leider war unser Appartement nicht das, was wir gebucht hatten und auch in dem Aufenthaltsticket beschrieben war ( mit Balkon oder Terrasse). Sondern im 2.Stock, ohne Balkon. Daraufhin habe ich Belvilla kontaktiert und nach einigen Telefonaten und Emails, bekam ich eine Email von Razvan von Belvilla Care, der mir eine Entschädigung von 100 Euro anbot, da der Aufenthalt nicht so verläuft, wie geplant. Sollte ich das akzeptieren, wäre die Sache damit erledigt. Das habe ich dann gemacht um endlich den Urlaub zu genießen. Habe die Sache dann am Sonntag 8.9.24, Diana vom Aparthotel Team in einer Mail mitgeteilt. Bis heute 14.9.24 habe ich noch kein Geld erhalten und es hat sich auch niemand mehr bei mir gemeldet, das ist sehr enttäuschend!!!

Anfangs stressig, dann aber doch noch 🤩

Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind top

Die späte Übergabezeit bzw. frühe Abgabezeit der Schlüssel. Wir konnten erst ab 16 Uhr die Schlüsselkarte holen. Da war es bereits dunkel und da das Wetter sehr bescheiden war und wir mit einem Kleinkind angereist sind, war es sehr stressig die Zeit zu überbrücken. Am Abreisetag mussten wir bereits um 10 Uhr das Appartement verlassen. Dies ist natürlich so ok. Leider hat man somit fast 2 volle Tage weniger vom Urlaub. Leider war eine Änderung der Schlüsselübergabe trotz vorheriger Anfrage aufgrund des Babies nicht möglich. Deshalb würden wir es nicht noch mal buchen, obwohl es eine schöne Anlage war.
