Clean house. The kitchen drawer was cluttered must be from prior guest. Host was very responsive and helpful. Family friendly. I would like to come back and recommend the host.

3 out of 5 stars: I would rent again. Upsides: The hosts were gracious and communicative.Easy access to lots of shops and entertainment (walking distance even!)A very well laid out space with lots of room and comfortable furniture and enough beds for the group we had.Plenty of towels, blankets and other ammenities. There was also a fairly large slow cooker and a rice cooker as well and nice propane grill out back.Downsides:The freezer unfortunately had several shelves missing and the light seemed to be at an angle and was a bit dirty. Some minor damage around the home like scraping and scuffing on the walls. The master shower had some cracking on the floor lining. The upstairs did get a bit warm (but this may be more to do with the fact I grew up in the PNW and Vegas is soooo freaking hooooot).I ended up having to park my truck a bit away from the house as we had two vehicles and the driveway's quite small.
