I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Almaty for at least 1 night. This hotel has an amazing view, both the mountains and city. If you have never tried to stay in a capsule, it is a great experience. It is like you are staying in a self contained hotel. Lights, curtains and even projector are controlled by different control panels, very high tech. Dinner and breakfast are abundant and delicious. The hotel service is top notch which separates this hotel from others. I cannot praise enough for manager Dosymzhan and his staff Medina. I ran into some issues with my eye medication, they went out of their way to help me to get my special eyedrop, even delivered to me after I left the hotel. It shows a great deal that they care for their customers, it totally blows me away. I cannot THANK YOU enough for their help. I'll definitely come back to stay at this hotel again next time I am in town. One thing I do echo with other people who reviewed this hotel, there aren't a lot to do there but it sure is a great place to chill out and relax in nature with beautiful surroundings.

This place advertised as 2 beds eco-friendly hotel. Everything was off Wi-Fi, it was unreliable and worked sporadically. I was sprayed by sprinklers in the evening while trying to open the door on the capsule. Key didn’t work. One day we were out of water for shower. Projector was held in place by a piece of Lego. Inside the capsule were bunch of flies. Very little room for two people. No place for luggage. The stuff is not accommodating. Too bright light all night long-you can’t see any stars or even moon, too much light pollution. Road leading to the hotel is non-existent, very bad for the car, just a dirt pass. Not happy, never will come back
